Thank you for getting this to our attention. We are sorry that you have experienced this. Nonetheless, we checked your order and we were able to ship it within our 3-7 days of processing. Upon marking the processing as complete, you should have received your tracking information through the email you used upon ordering. Did you perhaps not see our shipment notification email?

It was in transit normally as it arrived in your country on August 9th. The delivery took place on August 11th but the tracker says that the delivery failed. It waited in the local courier's office till the 24th but after that, it was sent back to the sender and was destroyed. The case in your country is that they don't actually return the item to us anymore so the package ends up destroyed. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

We will confirm the package situation once more with the courier. After that, our support will reach out to you with a solution.
