Please refer to the “Return Types” below to determine which return options are available for the item you wish to return. After understanding your options, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if you submit your request within the allowed period, which starts from the day you receive the order. RMA requests can be submitted by contacting our Customer Support Department.
To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email our Customer Support Department:
Your order number
Product name and, if available size, color, or any other variation, of the item you wish to return.
Reason for requesting an RMA (Defective Item Exchange, Size Exchange, Unwanted or Unopened Item Return, Defective Item Repair)
In cases of Size Exchange, provide the size of the item you wish to receive in exchange.
All returns must be sent to us within 30 days of the RMA issue date. Fashion Chingu reserves the right to refuse returns that are not received within a reasonable time frame.
Terms & Conditions
General for all products
As long as you have not contacted us, we assume that the package has arrived in good condition. If that is not the case, please reach out to our support staff.
All returns must be sent back to our China warehouse address with prior authorization using a post-service that provides a tracking number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
Fashion Chingu will usually reship replacement or repaired items using Standard Shipping. Fashion Chingu reserves the right to determine the reshipping method regardless of the shipping method used in the original order.
Items marked as “Final Clearance or Sale” are not eligible for Size Exchange, and Unwanted or Unopened Item Return.
Albums, Season’s Greetings, and Lightsticks are final sale. No cancellations, exchanges, or returns are accepted.
We do not offer refunds or returns in cases involving allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions due to the products that we sell.
Fashion Chingu is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail to ensure that it reaches us. Fashion Chingu considers a package lost if it has not arrived at our warehouse several months after the original shipping date.
Coupon discounts, as well as shipping and handling fees from the original shipment to the customer, are not refundable.
Fashion Chingu reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Fashion Chingu’s decision will be final.
Refunds due to out-of-stock issues in our warehouse will be issued in store credits. You may request a refund to the original payment method used within 14 days of being notified of the store credit refund. In case of a refund to your original payment method, your store credit will be canceled.
All refunds not related to out-of-stock items will either be issued as store credit or refunded to the original payment method, depending on the offer provided by our team after assessing the situation or the customer’s concern. In some cases, a coupon code may also be offered.
Defective Item Exchange
In cases of defective items, Fashion Chingu will provide a replacement item instead of a refund.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Size Exchange
Items returned for size exchange must be in mint, unused condition. Fashion Chingu reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.
Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of size exchange. Fashion Chingu will cover the shipping fee for the replacement item. Fashion Chingu is not responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.
Unwanted or Unopened Item Return
Unwanted or unopened items returned to Fashion Chingu must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of unwanted or unopened returns. Fashion Chingu is not responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.
Refunds for unwanted or unopened items will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed when returned products are received and confirmed to be in acceptable condition by Fashion Chingu.
